Madie is passionate about all things blonding, curly hair & lived in looks. She loves getting to know her guests while behind the chair. She is easy going & has a contagious laugh! She loves all things color specifically blonding. Madie always has a bottle of Diet Coke, a purple pen, a hat & an extra pair of shoes in her car. When not behind the chair you can find her being an active member on the Southwest Washington Junior Livestock Sale Committee or riding side by sides with her family. CANCELLATION POLICY
48-Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file via the GlossGenius booking system. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service, billed to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future booking privileges. Service Adjustments If you are unsatisfied with your service, you may request an adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment. - If it is a color service, a product fee may apply. - After 7 days, the full price of the service may apply, at the discretion of the service provider. Refund Policy Refunds will not be given without first scheduling and completing an adjustment appointment. If, after the adjustment, the client is still not satisfied, any further accommodations will be at the sole discretion of the service provider. No-shows or refusal to return for an adjustment void eligibility for any refund consideration.
